In most cases, yes. My team of coordinators and I attend the celebrations we organize. The only exception is when two couples I am working with have the same wedding date. In that case, I coordinate the ceremony for the couple with whom I signed the contract first, while the other ceremony is managed by two experienced coordinators I have personally trained.

I will inform you whether I will personally coordinate your ceremony during our initial conversation or when presenting the offer.

Effective communication is essential for successful collaboration. I use several methods to ensure smooth interaction:

Regular Online Meetings: We will have online meetings tailored to your needs and availability, typically every two weeks or at least once a month. If you need an additional meeting, just let me know.

That’s TheOne Wedding Management and Planning Platform: You will have 24/7 access to key planning information, including task statuses, guest lists with RSVPs, seating plans, payment schedules, supplier contracts, and much more.

WhatsApp Communication: As the wedding date approaches, WhatsApp will become our primary communication channel, allowing for almost immediate contact.

It depends on your specific needs. Potential extra expenses may include:

Transportation Costs: If the ceremony is outside the Tricity area, transportation costs for planning visits (typically to the ceremony site) are PLN 1.5 per km round trip. If other means of transportation are required, we can discuss the cost of tickets.

Accommodation: For ceremonies more than 50 km from Gdynia, on-site accommodation will be needed for my team and me. This is necessary from the start of preparations until the complete teardown after the ceremony.

Additional Services: If the agreed scope of services changes during the planning process, we will discuss any potential additional expenses and include them in subsequent payments

Absolutely! Most of the couples I have worked with are happy to share their contact information with those interested in my services. It is a great honour for me and demonstrates their trust and satisfaction with our collaboration.

Absolutely. I frequently organise international weddings, and both the preparation process (our meetings, the offer, signing the contract etc.) and the wedding itself can be conducted entirely in English.

Yes! In fact, 70% of the wedding ceremonies I organize are symbolic ceremonies, which is my specialty. Since 2017, I have gained extensive experience, established numerous contacts, and developed many solutions tailored for symbolic weddings.
