To create a realistic wedding budget based on your expectations.

When should you begin planning your wedding budget?

Without a doubt, this should be the first step of your wedding and ceremony planning. 

How long does a budget planning consultation usually take?

In my experience, a budget planning consultation usually lasts about three hours. During this time, we will together analyse the distribution of your wedding budget, and I will help you plan your actions so as not to go over budget.

 If you book for at least a 3-hour consultation, I will provide you with a professional tool to manage your wedding budget.

This tool is not available for sale separately, it is only an addition to the package of a minimum of 3-hour consultation or with full cooperation.

What’s included in a wedding budget planning consultation?

  • joint review of all stages of wedding budget planning,
  • making a list of priorities, which includes the elements of the ceremony important to you and those, which, in my opinion, are necessary to ensure the success of the whole ceremony,

  • peace of mind and relief that your budget fully meets  your needs,
  • thanks to my intimate knowledge of the wedding industry, you will avoid frequent and extremely stressful situations when the final budget is much higher than expected.

To develop a detailed plan for your wedding day and celebration.

What is the right time to make a detailed plan for the wedding day?

The wedding day plan should be ready at least two weeks before your celebration date. But I strongly recommend starting work on it at the very beginning of organising the event. This will prevent you from working extra before the ceremony because of unexpected circumstances, for example, the schedule of service providers will not coincide with yours.

How much time do we need to work out a detailed plan for the wedding day and the reception?

  • The plan for the wedding day should be as refined as possible. Compromise is not an option here. So I suggest scheduling at least three meetings on different dates.
  • Why? This will allow you to discuss the details of the ceremony on an ongoing basis with the team of service providers, a civil servant (in the case of civil marriage), a priest (church wedding), a celebrant (humanist/symbolic wedding), or a venue manager, where the wedding take place.
  • Subsequent meetings will allow us to refine the smallest details based on your preferences and tips from service providers, and react to possible changes on an ongoing basis.

You will feel relief from what has already been done, which will give you an incentive for further action. We will look through your first success, evaluate the ongoing status of your preparation,  consider in detail all components of your celebration, and based on your needs, make a plan for the next months.

This is a very important meeting that every young couple should have if they want their wedding to be exceptional, but for some reason, they do not want to put the entire preparations into the hands of a wedding planner.

It depends on how much we need to discuss. I think that first, we should arrange a one-hour meeting. 

After the consultation, you will decide whether you would like to arrange further meetings.

What’s the best time to meet about choosing a venue?

Both when you are thinking about what type of venue would be the most suitable for your reception, and when you have already received several offers and are wondering which one to choose. If you’re planning a wedding near Tri-City, we can go together and browse your preferred location. 

How much time do we need to discuss issues related to the wedding venue?

Choosing a wedding venue is a crucial step in organising the celebration so you should devote enough time to it. You need to start choosing a wedding venue as soon as you have decided on the style of the ceremony and its preliminary schedule since these are fundamental factors in choosing.

The choice of a wedding venue is also influenced by many other components, such as your expectations and requirements, the season (summer/winter) and so on. 

The duration of the meeting depends on the stage of the search. If you already have some pre-selected venues and need help with the final decision, a one-hour consultation may be enough. But if you’re just starting your search, it’s best to buy at least 3 hours of consultation.

Best at the very beginning of your preparations. Maybe I’ll surprise you, but it is the style that determines the selection of wedding venue, place of ceremony and service providers, not the other way around, and my 10-year experience confirms this.

How much time do we need to choose and refine the style of our wedding and reception?

To develop the concept of wedding decoration, I suggest reserving at least two meetings on different dates.

I adore making life easier for young couples, and that’s why arranging a consultation with me is a piece of cake. Meetings are planned so that no minute of them is wasted.

Step 1
Decide on a meeting format: in-person or online. In-person meetings are necessary if you want me to do, for example, a wedding venue inspection. In other cases, for your convenience, I would recommend online meetings.

Step 2
Choose the most suitable date for our meeting, using the convenient tool to select the day and time.

Step 3
Fill out the questionnaire. Thanks to this questionnaire I will come to our meeting prepared, and we will immediately get to the point without wasting a minute.

Step 4
You are at the meeting. I am focused only on you. We can discuss any topic related to your wedding.

Step 5
After the meeting, you will receive its summary along with proposals for the next steps. This ensures that nothing will escape your attention and  you will feel cared for in the next steps

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Yes, both consultations and summaries can be provided in English.

We can meet either online or in person. If we meet in person, travel time will be included in the consultation duration. An in-person meeting may be necessary, for instance, if you need me to visit a wedding venue.

Consultations are possible on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 to 19:00. You choose the exact date yourself when purchasing a consultation.

We can discuss everything related to the planning of your wedding and reception. When choosing a date, you will see the most popular topics of consultation, but you can suggest your own.

Once you pay for the consultation, I will send you an email confirmation and a questionnaire. Answer the questions. This will help me prepare for the consultation and work out possible solutions in advance.

Yes. After every meeting, you will receive its summary along with proposals for the next steps.

To use the time of the meeting the most efficiently, I always come to a meeting as prepared as possible. But it happens that during the consultation new topics arise that couples want to discuss. You can always reserve a date for your next consultation.
