Absolutely. I frequently organise international weddings, and both the preparation process (our meetings, the offer, signing the contract etc.) and the wedding itself can be conducted entirely in English.

Yes. Regardless of the type of ceremony, I will help you find a suitable celebrant or priest to conduct your wedding in a language other than Polish. For civil weddings, I will ensure that a certified translator is present.

Absolutely. I have organised many weddings that bring together cultures which are often very different—both mentally and linguistically. I ensure that all guests feel acknowledged and taken care of.

In the vast majority of celebrations – yes. I and my team of coordinators are at the celebrations that I organise. The exception is when the couples I work with have the same wedding date. In this case, I coordinate the ceremony for the couple with whom I signed the contract first. Another ceremony is coordinated by two experienced coordinators whom I have prepared.

I inform you whether I will coordinate your ceremony personally during the initial conversation or when presenting the offer.

Good contact is the basis for successful cooperation. I use several solutions:

  • Regular online meetings, tailored to your needs and possibilities. They usually take place every two weeks or at least once a month. Of course, if you need an additional meeting, please let me know.
  • TheOne wedding management and planning platform. You get 24/7 access to key planning information. There you will find task statuses, guest lists with confirmation of participation, seating plans, payment schedules, contracts with suppliers and much more.
  • WhatsApp becomes the main communication channel closer to the wedding date. Thus, almost immediate contact is possible.

Absolutely. Organizing a wedding and reception is a highly dynamic process. I am flexible and open to taking on new challenges. At nearly every stage of the preparations, we can discuss additional services and seamlessly incorporate them into the preparation and payment schedule.

It depends on your specific needs. Potential extra expenses may include:

Transportation Costs: If the ceremony is outside the Tricity area, transportation costs for planning visits (typically to the ceremony site) are PLN 1.5 per km round trip. If other means of transportation are required, we can discuss the cost of tickets.

Accommodation: For ceremonies more than 50 km from Gdynia, on-site accommodation will be needed for my team and me. This is necessary from the start of preparations until the complete teardown after the ceremony.

Additional Services: If the agreed scope of services changes during the planning process, we will discuss any potential additional expenses and include them in subsequent payments

I begin by presenting up to three potential offers, tailored to your expectations and their availability.

Initially, I introduce specialists I have personally worked with and know deliver a “wow” effect.

Once you choose the right service provider, I will finalize the contract and discuss all relevant details on your behalf.

If needed, we can arrange a three-way meeting at any time.

Absolutely! Most of the couples I have worked with are happy to share their contact information with those interested in my services. It is a great honour for me and demonstrates their trust and satisfaction with our collaboration.

Yes! In fact, 70% of the wedding ceremonies I organize are symbolic ceremonies, which is my specialty. Since 2017, I have gained extensive experience, established numerous contacts, and developed many solutions tailored for symbolic weddings.

I work with couples from all over the world, including same-sex, multicultural, and mixed-belief couples.

Yes, certainly. I can arrange for an entertainment team and a designated play area. If needed, I can also provide a night babysitter for kids.

Of course. I will make sure your pets are in good hands.

Certainly. I will find the best solution for you and your guests. Often, I provide newlyweds and their guests with a personalised website, similar to platforms like Booking.com, where you can book accommodations in hotels near the ceremony venue at significantly reduced rates compared to market prices.
